ResearcherRosanne Vanpée holds a PhD in Applied Economics from KU Leuven. She has worked in the financial industry and as professor of International Finance at KU Leuven. Her research is focused on risk management, ESG ratings, and sustainable finance. Rosanne is an expert in optimisation problems and econometrics. Based on her interest in mobility and transport issues, she followed courses on environmental and transportation economics. At TML she applies her expertise in financial instruments to investments in transportation and infrastructure (public-private partnerships, green bonds, …) and she assesses the economic and financial impact of investments in transportation. Since february 2021 she works as a researcher for TML.

Design of Road Traffic Management Albania
TML is participating in the development of a traffic management system for Albania. To do this, we first look at the needs of the various parties and the financial feasibility. Finally, we work out a system architecture and organisational model in detail, including an estimate of all costs to be incurred.
