Viaduct Gentbrugge

21086
The Gentbrugge viaduct is being reworked. TML is conducting a social cost-benefit analysis to understand the effects of the different options and make an informed choice on the future of the viaduct.

The reworking of the Gentbrugge Viaduct has passed the exploratory phase and is now moving to the investigation phase, following the approval of the initial decision. The aim of the investigation phase is to filter out the optimal solution from a wide range of possibilities by examining and comparing the different solutions in an integrated way. Ultimately, the best solution will be set out in a preferred decision. In doing so, we want to ensure the continuity of traffic flow at European and Flemish level, develop a sustainable and connected mobility system, and create liveable environments.

TML is responsible for carrying out the social cost-benefit analysis (SCBA). This analysis provides insight into the effects of the various options, helping to make an informed choice about the future of the viaduct.
