TML worked on an updated strategic network plan for service areas along Flemish motorways.
There is a need for an updated strategic network plan for petrol stations and car parks along Flemish motorways. This plan must take into account changes such as electric mobility, sustainability, safety, and efficient use of space.
TML supported Tractebel in designing this network plan. The assignment consisted of three phases:
The current plan from 2016 was critically reviewed and we created new spatial designs for zones that are set to be redesigned in the coming years.

- Analysis: the team examined the current state of affairs, the needs, and the bottlenecks
- Vision: together with stakeholders, we developed a vision for the future of these zones
- Action plan: the team drew up a concrete roadmap for the next eight years, including redevelopment plans and guidelines for concessions.
