Learning logistics
Analysis of the learning abilities in logistic clusters
Logistic clusters constitute an important economic value for a country. They are one of the determining elements in the competitive position of a nation on the world market. Clusters, as all products and systems, are subject to a life cycle. Therefore a strategy can be used to deal with the decline of the cluster. In 2002, Transport & Mobility Leuven and TNO made a survey about what the content of a learning strategy could be, when the cluster reaches its saturation phase.
