Microscopic traffic simulationand cost benefit analysis to support the impact study Woluwelaan

To meet the mobility needs of the future developments in the reconversion area Machelen-Vilvoorde, the Woluwelaan (R22), between Kerklaan and Haachtsesteenweg, and the connection of the Woluwelaan with the Ring of Brussels (R0), will be adapted.

TML supported Antea with the impact study for the Brussels Capital Region of these infrastructure works. TML examined some infrastructure variants by conducting a traffic analysis of them using VISSIM micro simulations, and a cost-benefit analysis of each variant.
