Estimating the impact of company cars on congestion and emissions

To support the NMBS strategy for passenger travel, TML investigated commuting transport with company cars between Brussels and different parts of Belgium. TML calculated the impact of a hypothetic complete shift of this road transport to rail on congestion and emissions.
